Step 1: Update your display settings

Follow the instructions below.

  1. Right-click on your desktop and select Properties.
  2. On the Settings tab, click Advanced.
  3. On the Troubleshoot tab, slide the Hardware acceleration slider to the left at least one notch.
  4. Click OK to close that window, and then click OK again.

Step 2: If the problem persists

If the problem persists, try reducing the acceleration more.
