Use Schedule B line 5a to enter exempt interest dividends.
📊 Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to Schedule B
Open Schedule B and go to line 5a.
Step 2: Link the line to the Additional Dividend Statement
Link Schedule B line 5a to the Additional Dividend Statement (press F9).
Step 3: Enter Exempt Interest Dividends
Exempt Interest Dividends should be entered in the last column.
Step 4: Avoid mixing dividend types
The first column (Ordinary Dividends) should NOT include the Exempt Interest.
