Step 1: Open the Mailing Labels report
Use this when you need to generate the Mailing Labels report in SureFire.
Click Reports Mailing Labels.
SureFire will display the Select a Report to Print window.
Select the label and click OK.
SureFire will display the Report Criteria window.
Click OK.
SureFire will display the Mailing Labels report.
Step 2: Export the report to Microsoft Excel
Use this when you want to save the report in an Excel format.
In the upper-left corner, click the Export Report icon.
In File name, enter the name of the file.
Select Save as type.
Select Microsoft Excel (*.xls).
Click Save.
