How do I add continuation sheet to 8965 - Part I - Marketplace - Granted Coverage Exemptions for Individuals in a 1040 return using SureFire?

Go to Form 8965 - Health Coverage Exemptions.

Click theAdd Form/Display Form List (CTRL+F10) tab.

Click the Shortcut column header.

In the Look for box, enter 8965 Dup.

With the 8965 Dup highlighted, click Open.
