Private Forms

đź“š What This Guide Covers

If a user is showing forms set to “Private Forms” and can’t add forms like normal, this guide shows how to unlock access.

⚠️ Before You Begin

You’ll need to access the Lock/Unlock Private Forms List from the Tools menu.

đź“‹ Steps

  1. Click on Tools > Lock/Unlock Private Forms List
  2. Take the user to the side that is needed (lock vs. unlocked)
  3. Click Ok and Closeout of the return and go back in

The user can now view forms (unlocked) or can’t view forms (locked).
