If the taxpayer elected a third party designee to discuss their return with the IRS, the Third Party Designee PIN must not be blank.
Step 2: Verify the PIN is entered on Main Info and not overridden to blank
Check that the third party PIN has been entered on the Main Info screen and that it is not overridden to blank.
