Step 1: Send your copy of PrintManager to the client PC

Use this when you need to provide the client PC with a working PrintManager folder.

On your PC

1. Go to C:\UTSXX\PrintManager
2. Right click on PrintManager, click on copy
3. Paste a copy to your desktop to send to the client PC.
4. Using GoToAssist, click on tools
5. Click on send files
6. Save folder to client PC desktop

Step 2: Replace the PrintManager folder on the client PC

Use this when you need to remove the faulty PrintManager and replace it with the working copy.

On Client PC

1. Go to C:\UTSXX\PrintManager or Network location
2. Right click on PrintManager, click on rename
3. Rename Prinrmanager to Printmanager.old
4. Locate the Printmamager folder on client desktop
5. Right click on PrintManager, click on cut
6. Paste PrintManagerto C:\UTSXX\PrintManager or Network location on client PC.
