Step 1: Uninstall a module

Use this when you need to remove a module that is currently installed on your system.

  1. Click Tools Utilities/Setup Assistant.
  2. In the Utility window, click Tools Uninstall Modules.
  3. A window will appear listing the federal, state, and bank modules currently installed on your system. Select the package(s) you wish to uninstall.
  4. Click OK. A message will tell you when the process is complete.

Step 2: Download a module

Use this when you need to install the correct module (for example, 1065, 1040, etc.).

  1. Go to the SureFire Solution Center website.
  2. Log in with your Client ID, User Name, and Password.
  3. Click the Downloads dropdown.
  4. Click on Program Updates.
  5. Download the module (1065, 1040, etc in question).
